  • Tree nuts (especially Prunus ie Almonds, Apricot oil)
  • Shellfish (especially Clams and Scallops)
  • Corn
  • Eggs
  • Yeast (including Alcohol and Vinegar)
  • Seaweed (especially Undaria pinnatifida)

Minimising

  • Gluten
  • Dairy

Eating

  • Fruit
  • Vegetables (except Corn)
  • Legumes (including peanuts)
  • Meat (except shellfish)
  • Seeds
  • Herbs and Spices
  • Soy
